Indoor walls are great if its miles to your nearest wall; its raining; you want to work on a specific problem or just to work out. Finger Strength Finger boards, putty and strength trainers are all really useful devices to get your muscles toned for cranking on some seriously small holds and they take up very little space.

Bolt-On Holds
Bolt On holds come in a variety of sizes and finishes and use a 10mm T bolt and nut system to fix them into position. Each hold can be rotated to provide a myriad different possibilities for route setting.

You'll need at least one T-bolt per hold and as many T-nuts as potential positions you would like to place the hold on your wall - we suggest 6-10 t-nuts per hold is sufficient. You'll also need an allen key to tighten them so they dont slip round when you weight them - we do a big T shaped one so you can get the necessary leverage to tighten properly.

M10 T-nuts for climbing walls

Put on your wall where you'd like to place bolt-ons. Usually spaced on a 100 x 100mm grid for maximum flexibility so for each square meter of wall area you will need approx 80 to 100 T nuts. For quantities over 2,000 please call for an individual quotation.
