Returns Procedure

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are anything less than delighted with any item (except for books and videos) for any reason, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition within 7 working days following the day of receipt for a refund. We shall reimburse you within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods subject to the conditions below.

AUTHORISATION

We will only accept goods for credit or rectification if their return has been pre-authorised, and the goods are received in stock condition with original packaging.

You will be asked to return the goods either directly to us or in some cases to the manufacturer.

You must ensure the returns number is clearly written on the outside of the packaging and also on a note inside which must include your order number and contact details and any details of any fault or damage. Our address can be found on our Contacts Page.

We cannot be held resposible for returned items that do not contain sufficient documentation for identification.

CONDITION

If goods arrive in a damaged or faulty condition you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. If the goods are required to be returned under this condition and are subsequently found not to be defective, they will be returned to you upon payment of the cost of carriage or disposed of after 14 days.

All items must be returned in a clean, dry condition, otherwise they may returned to you you without attention upon payment of the cost of carriage. Otherwise we will dispose of the item(s) within 14 days or earlier if we consider they pose a health risk.

Goods returned must be accompanied with original packing and labelling and in perfect (unused and saleable) condition unless agreed beforehand. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on goods returned for credit which are not in stock condition.

Clothing sizes are provided on the website for each manufacturer additionally we are happy to advise on clothing and footwear sizes ahead of purchase by email or telephone to avoid dissapointment. A manufacturing tollerance of +/- 25mm in any quoted dimension is deemed acceptable for clothing and +/- 5mm for shoes. Return for a replacement size where there is no manufacturing size defect will be subject to postage and packing fees.

CARRIAGE

We will normally reimburse reasonable carriage costs in the event that the goods have a manufacturing defect or have been wrongly dispatched by us.

Goods shall be at your risk until actual receipt of the goods by the us.

You are responsible for suitable packaging and costs covering carriage and insurance for items being returned.

The onus of proof of safe delivery shall rest with the you. Credit shall not be allowed for goods until they have been received complete.

Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

Where a return causes the value of the remaining value of an order to no longer qualify for free postage and packing any applicable refund or credit shall be reduced by our standard postage and packing fee.

OTHER

We retain the right at our sole discretion whether to accept the return of the goods or whether to rectify the goods or whether to issue a credit note in respect thereof.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returned items at our sole discretion.

Restocking fee shall be the greater of £10 or that required to meet the costs of: handling; packaging materials; non-refundable banking costs; cost of replacement or refurbishment stock; administration. Any downward variation of this restocking charge shall be at our sole discretion.

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling ) Regulations, further details of which are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
